ITC: Vice Chief elected to serve as president of Intertribal Timber Council - Vice Chief Larry Blythe has been elected to serve as president of the Board of Directors of the Inter-Tribal Timber Council (ITC). Established in 1976, the ITC is a nonprofit nation-wide consortium of more than 60 Indian Tribes, Alaska Native Corporations, and individuals dedicated to improving the management of natural resources of importance to Native American communities.
